  • Commissioned USS APc-41, 10 February 1943. LTJG Joseph E. Fuld, Jr. USNR in command
  • During World War II USS APc-41 was assigned to the Asiatic-Pacific Theater:
    APc Flotilla Five, LT. G. D. Winsor, USNR;
    APc Group Fifteen
    APc Division Twenty-Nine
  • Decommissioned, 25 January 1946, at San Francisco, CA.
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 25 February 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Administration (MARAD) in 1947
  • Acquired, 23 January 1948 by Gus Wandtke. Mill Valley, CA for use as a fishing boat, named FV Frances Ann, removed, 24 January 1948
  • Acquired in 1959 by the Submarex Corp., Santa Barbara, CA for use as an oil exploration vessel
  • Acquired in 1967 by the Pike Corporation of America, Santa Barbara for use as a tugbaot
  • Acquired in 1970 by Mary Elizabeth Conlan, Terminal Island, CA. for use as a tugboat
  • Final Disposition, out of documentation in 1989, fate unknown
