  • During the Vietnam War AFDM-5 served at Subic Bay, Philippine Islands
  • Named Resourceful (AFDM-5) in 1979
  • Placed out of service, 22 August 1997
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 22 August 1997
  • Transferred to a Local Redevelopment Agency in the Philippines, 6 April 1999
