  • Placed in service as Dwyn Wen (IX-58), 19 February 1942
  • Assigned to Commander Western Sea Frontier
  • Placed out of service, 1 April 1943
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 18 July 1944
  • Operated as a charter yacht in the Seychelles, Indian Ocean as of 2004
  • Final Disposition, sunk in January 2014, at Moyotte Harbor Comoros Islands
