  • Laid down as YC-1643 at Orange Shipbuilding Corp, Orange, TX
  • Delivered to the Navy, 1 March 1991
  • Redesignated Unclassified Miscellaneous IX-519 and converted to berthing/working spaces in 1994
  • Welded on foundations into the well deck of La Salle (AGF-3)
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 16 February 2002, reclassified as equipment
  • Final Disposition, sunk with La Salle , 12 April 2007, off Pensacola, FL.
