  • Laid down, 3 January 1984, at Tacoma Boat Building Co., Tacoma, WA.
  • Launched, 17 September 1984
  • Delivered to the Navy, 19 February 1985
  • Assigned to the Military Sealift Command (MSC) and placed in service as USNS Triumph (T-AGOS-4)
  • Placed out of service, struck from the Naval Register and transferred to the Maritime Administration (MARAD), 6 January 1995, for lay up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet, Suisun Bay, Benecia, CA.
  • Withdrawn from the Reserve Fleet and transferred to the US Air Force
  • Returned to US Naval custody for SINKEX
  • Final Disposition, awaiting SINKEX
