  • Placed in reduced commission, 15 June 1945, as USS LST-1151 for transit to Bethlehem Steel Co., Key Highway Plant, Baltimore, MD. for decommissioning and conversion to an Landing Craft Repair Ship
  • Recommissioned USS Quirinus (ARL-39), 6 November 1945, LCDR. John B. Darrow in command
  • Decommissioned, 27 March 1947
  • Laid up in the Atlantic Reserve Fleet, Green Cove Springs, FL.
  • Loaned to Venezuela in 1962 under the Military Assistance Program, renamed Guayana (T-18)
  • Sold to Venezuela, under the Security Assistance Program, 2 December 1977
  • Struck from the Naval Register (date unknown)
