PCE-881 Class Patrol Craft Escort: Laid down 26 August 1943 by the Albina Engine and Machine Works, Portland, OR; Launched 3 December 1943; Commissioned USS PCE-882, 23 February 1945; Reclassified as a Control Escort, PCEC-882; Reclassified back to a Patrol Craft Escort, PCE-882; Transferred to South Korea as Ro Ryang (PCE 51) 1 November 1974; Struck form the Navy Register 15 November 1974. Fate unknown.

Specifications: Displacement 903 t; Length 184' 6"; Beam 33' 1"; Draft 9' 5"; Speed 15.7 kts.; Complement 99; Armament one 3"/50 dual purpose gun mount, three twin 40mm gun mounts, four single 20mm guns, two dct, four dcp, one dcp (hh); Propulsion two 2,000bhp General Motors 12-278A diesel engines, Falk single reduction gear, two shafts.
