PGM-13 served the Navies of the United States and the Republic of China.

PGM-9 Class Motor Gunboat: Laid down 19 January 1945 as PC-1089 by George Lawley & Son, Inc., Neponset, MA Reclassified as a Motor Gunboat, PGM-13 prior to launching; Launched, 12 April 1945; Commissioned USS PGM-13, 14 June 1945; Transferred to the Republic of China 30 June 1948 as Tung Ting (PC 102); Sunk off Quemoy Island, 10 January 1955 by a Motor Torpedo Boat of the People's Republic of China.

Specifications: Displacement 280 (lt) 450 (fl) t; Length 173' 8"; Beam 23; Draft 10' 10"; Speed; 20k; Complement 65; Armament one 3"/50 dual purpose mount, one twin 40mm gun mount, six 20mm guns, one twin .50 cal. machine gun, one 60mm mortar. Propulsion two 2,880bhp General Motors 16-278A diesel engines, Farrel-Birmingham single reduction gear, two shafts.
