  • Launched 25 June 1944
  • Reclassified as a Motor Gunboat, PGM-22, 16 August 1944
  • Commissioned PGM-22, 23 December 1944
  • Sold 24 November 1947 to Pounds Marine Shipping, Ltd. of Hampshire, England for $37,111.00
  • Sold to Greece and named Plotarkhs Meletopoulos (P 57)
  • Sold 29 August 1971
  • Scrapped in Greece.
