  • Launched 6 September 1944
  • Commissioned USS PGM-25, 3 February 1945
  • Transferred to Greece in December 1947 and named Plotarkhis Arslnoglou (P 14)
  • Struck from the Naval Register 1 September 1960
  • Fate unknown.
