  • Laid down 14 August 1944 as PC-1568 by the Leathem D. Smith Shipbuilding Co., Sturgeon Bay, WI
  • Reclassified as a Motor Gunboat, PGM-32, 16 August 1944
  • Launched 14 October 1944
  • Commissioned USS PGM-32, 9 February 1945
  • Present in Tokyo Bay during Japanese surrender ceremony in September 1945
  • Participated in Operation Crossroads in 1946
  • Transferred to the State Department, Foreign Liquidation Commission 27 October 1947 and sold
  • Fate unknown.
