PGM-67


PGM-67 was built for South Vietnam.

PGM-9 Class Motor Gunboat: Laid down in 1962 as PGM-67 by Marinette Marine, Manitowoc, WI; Transferred to South Vietnam in February 1963 as Kien Vang (HQ 603). Fate unknown.

Specifications: Displacement 122 t; Length 100' 4"; Beam 21' 1"; Draft 8' 6"; Speed; 17 kts.; Complement unknown; Armament one 40mm mount, two 20mm mounts and one 81mm mortar; Propulsion two 2,200hp Mercedes Benz 12V493 TY57 diesel engines, two shaft.
