  • Launched, 18 December 1969
  • Delivered and placed in service as Moko Holo Hele (YFB-87), 8 May 1970
  • Moko Holo Hele (YFB-87) was assigned to Naval Station Pearl Harbor her entire career
  • Placed out of service, April 1998
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 25 June 1999
  • Sold, by the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service, for conversion or reuse, 08 April 2004
  • Sold to Fishing Island, LLC, Kailua HI, for use as a fishing platform, renamed Hokulani O Kona (ON 1197010), but did not enter service
  • Work began to clean the hull for use as a dive site, February 2015
  • Due to bureaucratic intransigence on behalf of Hawaii DLNR, was not allowed to be used as a dive site
  • Final disposition, scuttled in 9000' of water, 14 miles off Barber's Point, Hawaii, 23 May 2017
