    Swift 85k USNS Yukon (T-AO-202) refuels Swift (HSV-2), 18 February 2005 in the Indian Ocean. This was Swifts first at-sea astern refueling evolution. Swift, and embarked Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Five (HC-5), Detachment 3, are operating off the coast of Sumatra, Indonesia, in support of Operation Unified Assistance, the humanitarian relief effort to aid the victims of the tsunami that struck Southeast Asia.

    Yukon 124k USS Yukon (T-AO 202) refuels the Republic of Korea destroyer ROKS Yang Man Choon (DDH 973) during an underway replenishment as part of RIMPAC operations. Yukon refueled and transited in company with six ships from three different countries. The ships refueled by Yukon were the Canadian ship HMCS Protecteur, enroute to the Persian Gulf; the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF) ships JDS Hamagiri, JDS Kirishima and JDS Murasame, enroute to San Diego where they remained for a few days before returning to Hawaii for RIMPAC; and the Korean ships ROKS Wonju and ROKS Yang Man Choon, which were refueled by Yukon after a transit directly from Korea
