  • Designated Fleet Tug AT-31, 17 July 1920
  • Ran aground, 7 December 1937, off San Clemente Island, CA.
  • Decommissioned, 7 December 1937
  • Declared unsalvageable and abandoned as a wreck, 22 January 1938
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 2 March 1938
