  • Launched, 18 June 1973
  • Delivered to the Navy, 6 January 1974
  • Leased to the University of Hawaii, date unknown
  • Placed in service as R/V Moana Wave (AGOR-22)
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 30 May 1999
  • Retired by the University of Hawaii and sold to Ahtna Inc in 1999 for $50,000 and operated under the Ocean Services LLC subsidiary
  • Current Disposition, leasable through Ocean Service LLC for research
