  • Stripped and used for spares for Anamosa (YTM-409)
  • Hulk driven aground in Apra Harbor by Hurricane Pamela, 21 May 1976
  • Struck from the Naval Register, date unknown
  • Sold by the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) to Cabras Marine Corporation, 01 December 1976
  • Placed in service as Piti (ON 581531), 1977
